If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your formal acceptance of these Terms, including any updates.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities. 3. Use of the Service & Tokens
Our Service utilizes a token-based system for certain actions, including creating listings, promoting listings to "Premium," and "Bumping" listings. Tokens are a core component of the Service and are acquired through our membership plans. You agree to use tokens in accordance with the rules and costs specified on our platform.
4. Membership & Payments
Users can purchase membership plans to receive a monthly allocation of tokens. By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the fees specified for that plan. All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the membership fee to your selected payment method.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
By making a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All Sales Are Final: All purchases of membership plans and the tokens allocated therein are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
- No Cancellations for Active Memberships: An active membership plan cannot be cancelled for a refund during its term. You may manage your subscription to prevent future renewals, but no prorated refund will be provided for the current term.
- Digital Goods: Tokens are considered digital goods made available immediately upon purchase or renewal. They have no monetary value outside of our platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
6. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for all content, including property listings, images, and comments, that you upload, publish, or display on the Service ("User Content"). You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to your User Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to moderate or remove any User Content that we deem to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information in your listings or account; (b) infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights; (c) engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities; (d) interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service, including attempting to circumvent the token system.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Best Property, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
